Browsholme Hall Wedding Photography Lancashire

Dan & Tim are the driving force behind the event company Make It Stand Out, so I was very honoured when they asked me to join them for their wedding at the stunning Browsholme Hall & Tythe Barn. Built in 1507 by Edmund Parker, the Grade I listed historic house lies within the Forest of Bowland and is surrounded by picturesque gardens and parkland. I was joined by my wedding-bro Paul Williams from Ginger Beard Weddings who second shot the day with me.

We arrived early to spend the morning with both Dan & Tom who were self dressing their ceremony room with personalised love letters (of which they are famous for) and decorative backgrounds. They were also trying to relax and prepare themselves for the day ahead with the help of their friends and family.

A Rustic Candle Lit Ceremony

The couple helped each other get ready into their Noose & Monkey suits, styled their hair and attached their buttonholes. Before the ceremony, we had a wander to the main hall for some portraits in the beautiful sunshine. Soon everyone was convened in the Tythe Barn, the girls and guys of the ‘guydal party’ made their way into the ceremony, followed by the very proud parents and finally by Dan & Tom who walked hand in hand.

After a beautiful ceremony, the couple completed the formal part of their day and exited the barn into the sunshine. The guests enjoyed delicious Pimms, Brewdog craft beers, canapés and hugs & kisses. Dan & Tom were showered with confetti before donning wellies for the short walk over to the lake. The sun was still shining when we arrived and the couple needed no encouragement to jump in a row boat for a jaunt around the lake before dinner.

Italian Sharing Platters In The Tythe Barn

After a delicious meal, the couple enjoyed a round of speeches before spending the evening chatting and laughing in the barn and on the patio outside. We chased a little sunshine for some evening portraits with the views of the Ribble Valley around us. The evening soon began with more guests, a vodka luge and Mike Sax, the cake was cut, the first dance began and the dancing floor filled up soon after.

So a Massive Congratulations to Dan & Tom, it’s been a pleasure to get to know you both and join you on your wedding day. Thanks so much for having me as your photographer!!
