Hilltop Country House Wedding Photography
On Saturday I spent a fantastically sunny day with Louise & Pete as they gathered with the family and friends to celebrate their wedding at the gorgeous Hilltop Country House in Prestbury. Once again it was a pleasure to work with Martin, Clare & the Gardner family at their stunning home.
Being November you kind of think cold and rain however, we were treated to a stunning day with sunshine and amazing autumnal colors. I met up with Louise who was already at Hilltop getting ready for the day with the assistance of her bridesmaids and Nyla Ambreen Makeup & Hairstyling. Louise had planned a surprise for Pete as he was at home getting ready with his best man Adam, she had told him that I was on my way to get some shots of him getting ready to keep him from leaving. However the surprise of a Ferrari 458 Spider arrived to whisk Pete down to Hilltop, I like to think he was a little disappointed that I didn’t show up. 🙂

I met Pete outside Hilltop as he arrived and was greeted by the couple’s friends and shot some portraits of him with this pretty amazing car. By this time, Louise was nearly ready for the ceremony so the guests were ushered into the Garden Room in the main house to await the bride. After an intimate ceremony, the couple completed the formal party of their day and enjoyed an afternoon on the patio of the house. During this time we shot some lovely family groups before taking Louise & Pete around the gardens for some portraits.
Marquee Wedding Breakfast
As the sun slowly set, the couple were welcomed into their marquee for their wedding breakfast which began with a round of speeches. We then rejoined the party after dinner where Louise, Pete, and their guests enjoyed an evening of chatting before the party began. After the evening guests had arrived, everyone gathered for as the couple cut their cake and made their way to the boogie rooms for the first dance. We then invited the couple outside for their final portrait of the night before leaving them to enjoy their party.
I want to wish Louise & Pete a massive congratulations, thank you so much for having me with you for your amazing wedding, I hope that you have an amazing honeymoon in the USA!!
