Tower Hill Barns Wedding Photography

I was thrilled when I first spoke to Kate and Matt about their wedding and even more excited that I was going to be visiting Tower Hill Barns over in the beautiful countryside around Llangollen.

This lovely couple decided to celebrate their wedding with the help of a family member who would be conducting their ceremony along with an old tradition of handfasting. That, of course, meant having their ‘official’ ceremony first, so I arrived a little earlier in the morning for some preparations before Kate & Matt gathered with their immediate family under the railway arch and exchanged their ‘official’ vows.

Ceremony Under The Railway Arch

After their ‘official’ ceremony, the couple greeted their guests before a swift outfit change and straight into their probably more treasured wedding ceremony under the iconic railway arch. Coming for a performing background, the bride interspersed the ceremony with songs from the couple’s friends before their dog Devon walked their rings up the aisle for the exchange.

Exiting their ceremony, the couple wandered through an amazing guard of honor where their guests showered them with bubbles before enjoying congratulatory hugs and kisses. Drinks were enjoyed in the sunshine before I took the couple for a wander around the lush grounds surrounding the barns.

Outdoor First Dance At Tower Hill Barns

After a delicious meal and a round of speeches, the guests relaxed out on the terrace before enjoying an ice-cream desert and more espresso martinis than I could count. The couple entertained their guests by performing their first dance out on the terrace before partying the night away with their band.

So massive thanks and congratulations to Kate & Matt, it was a pleasure to join you for your wedding day at Tower Hill Barns.
